Our Team Just Got Stronger 

Mona holds a B.Sc. in Marine Technology from Bergen University College and a professional degree in Project Management from Gokstad Akademiet. She has more than ten years of experience from the marine and offshore industries, where she has worked in roles such as Project Manager, Maintenance Planner and Project Engineer. This combination of positions has given her solid insight into both technical operations and project execution. 

Mona shares her perspective on what motivates her in the new role as project manager at Fram Marine:

For me, taking on new challenges goes beyond professional growth. It’s about building strong relationships, driving innovation, and working towards shared success. I look forward to the journey ahead and to being part of Fram Marine’s continued growth and achievements. 

Before joining Fram Marine, Monas career includes time with IK Group, Odfjell Technology, Axess, and GMC Maritime, where she has been involved in projects ranging from maintenance planning for offshore installations to the management of interdisciplinary teams and technical follow-up of marine operations. Through this, Mona has developed a broad understanding of the industry and the ability to navigate complex projects with many stakeholders.
