His expertise includes management of dry-docking projects, vessel conversions and newbuilds, followed by implementation, verification and accreditation of quality and safety management systems essential for efficient vessel operation. As the Head of Project Execution, Marek has led advancement of new technology development with pollution abatement systems from concept study to regulatory approval. He holds a Master's degree in Marine Engineering from the Maritime University in Szczecin, Poland.
