Didrik Reymert

Reymert has more than 40 years broad international experience with upstream oil and gas including as project director for world’s biggest FLNG project, but also recent experience with smaller green startups.
Reymert has worked for Shell companies and affiliates in The Netherlands, Oman, Norway, Nigeria, Philippines, UK, and Australia, and assisted and supervised operations and project developments in many other countries in various senior engineering, HSE and project management roles. He has a broad experience including onshore/offshore greenfield/ brownfield/decommissioning projects and engineering, but also corporate planning and economics, performance improvement and change leadership, as well as production and asset management. He has through he careers had a strong focus on HSE leadership in project execution and operations, as well as effective project/portfolio delivery and related stakeholder management. He has in recent years worked as a consultant, particularly with smaller green startups for offshore floating wind and plastic recycling. He holds a Master´s degree in Mech. Eng. from NTNU, Norway. He is a Registered Project Professional (RPP) and Fellow of Association for Project Management (APM). Also attended various leadership training e.g. with INSEAD and JMW.
