From there his expertise grew into tendering and business development, to data analytics, project management and management consulting. As department head he set the strategic direction and standard for team achievements, culture and personal development. Erik holds a M.Sc degree in Marine Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and brings broad and impactful experience to his projects.
