Meet Kaja: A Valuable New Team Member
Kaja Jonsvik Aarskog joins Fram Marine as Project Manager, bringing over 14 years of experience in marine technology, design, and shipyard operations. With her extensive expertise in managing complex new-build projects, Kaja is set to strengthen Fram Marine’s capabilities in the maritime industry.

We are excited to welcome Kaja to our team!
After spending several years in Ålesund, Kaja has recently returned to Oslo and will be joining Fram Marine as Project Manager as of January 2025. Kaja holds a Master’s degree in Marine Technology from NTNU in Trondheim. Over the past 14 years she’s been working at Vard, and brings extensive experience in design, engineering, and shipyard operations. During her time at Vard, she successfully led complex new-build projects for the offshore, wind, and cruise markets. Her role as Project Manager involved guiding project teams through engineering, procurement, planning, production, and stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
Kaja shares her perspective on taking on new challenges in Fram Marine:
I’m excited to start a new carrier path in Fram Marine, and to get to know other sides of the Maritim Industry. I believe in co-operations and with a strong team of colleges in Fram Marine I’m sure I will develop further and contribute positively with my experience and knowledge
